This skill enables a character to spontaneously attract new followers. There
is no special command to use and no specific way to turn this skill off or on.
It works automatically. The higher your rating in this skill, the better
your odds of randomly acquiring followers as you travel around the world.
These followers will be completely loyal to you, and you can use the ORDER
command to give them instructions.
