--- PEEK (SKILL) ---

This skill increases a character's perceptive abilities, giving them a better
chance to see the items in the target character's inventory. The skill works
better when used on characters with a low Intelligence attribute. A
character's rating in this skill is automatically taken into consideration by
the game code when the character uses the LOOK command, so there are no
special commands or instructions needed to "activate" it.
