The skill represents a character's knowledge of the methods and techniques of
unarmed combat, as well as a character's ability to successfully fight without
any weapons. This is the base combat skill in the game, and it can be very
useful during those occasions when a character finds himself/herself without
any equipment. The Mastery skill for HAND TO HAND is the MARTIAL ARTS skill.
