This skill increases a character's knowledge of coordinated combat methods,
enabling the character's group to improve their performance in battle. �By
using the DISTRACT command to draw the attention of the group's opponent, all
other members of the character's group receive additional bonuses to attack
and injure the foe.

Syntax: DISTRACT <target>
